Why use Gifted?

We believe that the process of giving and receiving gifts should be a stress-free one. In an age where everything is online, we think your gift registry should be too! Our platform allows you, the Registry Owner, to set up a Registry for any occasion and to fill it with gorgeous Products/Services offered by our Partner Stores. We make it easy for your loved ones to shop your Registry and purchase a gift for you.

Is your Registry Service Free?

Absolutely! We don’t charge you, and we don’t mark up the prices on the gifts you select. In some cases, where delivery is not available from a Partner Store then that is charged, but we always let you know of any such fees.

What if I want something from a store that isn't listed as a Partner?

That’s fine by us, simply email informing us of the name and contact details of the store you would like to purchase from, and which product you would like to add to your Registry. We will do our best to ensure you have a Registry that includes everything you want.

How do I add gifts to my Registry?

Once you have set up a Gifted account, we will send you a simple set of instructions on how to begin populating your Registry. If you are not certain how to start, take a look at our blog post on Registry checklists, it’s a great place to start. Also, we will be right there to help you along the way, email or message us anytime!

Will I get the chance to edit my Registry?

Of course! We won’t activate your Registry online until you have had the chance to review, edit, and approve it. If there are changes that come up once your Registry is live, we will do our best to accommodate them.

How long will my Registry be online and Active?

Your Registry will be considered Active for 4 weeks.

Will everyone logging onto Gifted be able to see my Registry once it is Active?

Nope. We respect your privacy so only the people you decide to share your Registry with will be able to see and purchase from the gifts you have selected. They will be sent a link and a password to view your Registry. We do suggest that you advise your friends not to share the password with others, without informing you. Want us to tell them that? You can easily add that note in within our system before inviting people to purchase from your Registry.

What if there are items on my Registry that are not purchased by the closing date?

As your Registry Closing date approaches we will drop you a line to let you know if there are remaining items on your Registry, if you wish to purchase them yourself we will inform our Partner Stores of this once your Registry closes.

When will I get my gifts?

When you set-up your Registry we make sure to ask you for a delivery date for the gifts on your Registry. This date will be after the Registry closes. Please don’t forget that you (or someone you trust) needs to sign for the receipt of your gifts. If something does come up, and you need to change your delivery date, please let us know, otherwise all your lovely pressies will be taken back to the Stores they came from and the Store policy will apply in that case.

My gift arrived damaged! What do I do?

Oh no! We try to ensure that everything reaches you in the condition it was purchased, if something has been damaged in the process of delivery, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged item as well as your name and contact details so we can assist you.

I’ve forgotten my Password, what do I do?

Don’t worry, just follow these simple steps and we will have you logged into your account in no time:

  • Click on “My Account”, it’s on the top right-hand side of the homepage screen.

  • Under the section Returning Customer you will find a “Forgotten Password” link, click that and enter the email address you used to create your Account.

  • A password reset link will be sent to your email. From there you can create a new password and log into your account.

  • You’re good to go!

Is Gifted Secure? Will my Credit Card and Personal Information be safe?

Yes, absolutely! Secure websites have a little "s" after the HTTP bit in their URL, you can see we have that in place. Also, we do not store any of your personal or credit card information. All transactions are handled by licensed third part providers.

Will the Registry Owner know I have purchased a gift for them?

Of course, we want to make sure the process of gift giving and receiving is a smooth one that ends with “happy” on both sides! Whenever you purchase a gift on our platform, the gift recipient will be informed that its from you!

How do I find a loved one’s Registry?

If you have been invited to make a purchase from a Registry, we will have sent you an email with a link to the Registry and the password to enter in order to view/purchase from the Registry. You can also access it from our website, simply click on Find a Registry (its top and center on our homepage), and enter the name of the person whose Registry you are looking for. You will still need the password; our Registry Owners’ privacy is important to us.

I can’t find the email sent to me with the Registry password

Your friend can always send it to you again, or you can just drop us a line noting the name of the person whose Registry you are looking for, and we will send it along with the Registry Owner's permission.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

For our Gift Registry Owners, items will be delivered unwrapped (we're thought we could go eco on this one and save on that little extra paper since the Registry items listed will all be delivered at once). Gift Concierge users can select wrapping at an additional cost.

When will the Registry Owner get my gift?

Once a Registry is closed, we get all the gifts that have been purchased together and send them over to the Registry Owner on the date they have chosen for delivery. Oh, and don’t worry, the Registry Owner will know which gift is yours from our system.

How does this service work?

We know what busy looks like; there are days when you just don’t have enough time to pick up a gift for an occasion, or when you just can’t think of what gift to get a loved one. That’s where our Concierge service comes in, we can help you look for a gift, select and purchase the gift, get it wrapped up, and delivered right to you or to the gift recipient. If you know exactly what you want, but just want it picked up, we will do that too! If you need more information, please drop us a line on [email protected]

What occasions can you help me get a gift for?

From birthdays, to get well soon gifts, housewarmings, graduations, anniversaries, valentine’s day, and the list goes on… basically, you name the occasion, and we will do our very best to cater to it.

Is this service free?

We put time and effort into getting you a gift you are happy with, so we do charge for this service, but we believe it’s well worth it!
